Angie

Angie's daughters with ferns

I was born in 1976 in Catania Sicily, Italy. I knew I was an artist at a very early age, scribbling pictures all over my parent's books and walls. I was drawn to art classes throughout elementary school, and in high school I realized this could be a career.

I began my college years at Elmira College, in Elmira, N.Y. as an art education major. I transferred to Plymouth State College (now Plymouth State University) in 1996, and changed majors from Education to Fine Arts to fully express and explore my passion for art. My paper art creations have gone through many evolutions, and I continue to evolve with my style.

I live in Cornish New Hampshire, with my husband Josh (a fine guitarist, musician, and school teacher), and my two "fairy" daughters, Isabella and Ellessia.

My daughters love to garden, hula hoop, look at the stars, walk in the woods, and take care of their many animals... which include 2 cats, Tomo the black lab, many chickens, a goose, a rabbit, several guinea pigs, and Ms. Princess Goldie, the beta....

I teach art classes at Granite State University, run private sessions on the Art of Papermaking, and am a Certified Yoga teacher.

I am a proud member of the juried League of New Hampshire Craftsmen League of NH Craftsmen
